Sewerage construction
Installation, replacement and renovation of gravity and pressure sewers, including manholes, house connections and pressure testing.
How we carry it out
- Setting out the route, dewatering and putting safety measures in place
- Digging the trench, laying the bed, installing and jointing the pipe
- Setting and connecting manholes and pressure-testing or inspecting the system
- Backfilling, compacting, reinstating the paving and supplying as-built records

Excavator with trenching bucket, dewatering, PE welding equipment, camera inspection via a partner.
Requirements and certifications
VCA VOL (supervisors) for supervisors, safe working in trenches, SCL step 3.

Gas and water
Installation, maintenance and replacement of gas and water mains in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.

- Agree the work plan and safety measures with the network operator
- Digging the route, laying, jointing and testing the pipe
- Decommissioning and removing the old main as prescribed
- Reinstating the paving and handing over with as-built data

Installation of low and medium voltage, fibre optic and data cables: trenching, cable bed, pulling in, finishing and reinstatement.

- Determining the route, trial trenches and cable surveying
- Digging the trench and laying the cable bed with sand and covering
- Pulling in, jointing and connecting cables with certified technicians
- Backfilling, reinstating the paving and supplying as-built records

Paving
Paving and surfacing on streets, industrial estates and alongside the railway, including reinstatement after cable and pipeline work.

- Checking, topping up and screeding the sub-base
- Setting kerbs and gullies to level
- Laying in the specified bond, by machine or by hand
- Vibrating, jointing and handing over with a levelness check

Carpentry and concrete carpentry
Concrete carpentry and formwork on construction sites and industrial estates: floors, walls, civil structures and structural work.
How we carry it out
- Going through setting-out and the work plan with the site supervisor
- Erecting, aligning and propping the formwork
- Adjusting reinforcement, supervising the pour and curing
- Striking the formwork, clearing up and handing over the work
Equipment and people
System formwork, props, tools and our own concrete carpenters.
Requirements and certifications
VCA, experience with system formwork, working at height where applicable.
Contract forms
Usually time-and-materials per hour; a fixed price per m² of formwork is possible.
Staff verhuren
Tradespeople on your own site: agency work, secondment or self-employed placement through an intermediary arrangement, with a complete file per person.
How we carry it out
- Request with trade, number of people, period and certification requirements

- Order confirmation with start and end point, file checked
- Approving the timesheet digitally, invoice in UBL with supporting evidence

Work on low and medium voltage infrastructure: routing, cable work and assembly in cooperation with network operators. We do not carry out high-voltage work.
