Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
Agency workers weekly, on Friday. Self-employed contractors within 4 weeks of an approved invoice; the weekly timesheet is the supporting evidence.
What do I need to supply?
Identity (via iDIN, we keep no copy of your ID), VCA and — if you are self-employed — Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, insurance and the self-employment check.
How do I submit my hours?
In the portal, per week: hours per day and a short description of your work. The client approves digitally.
Can I apply without a vacancy?
Yes. An open application goes into our pool; as soon as there is work in your trade and area, we get in touch.
